MEET OUR TEAM
We have a highly trained and motivated
collection staff that have completed an intense two-week
training program for new collectors. The training
given at the firm is a comprehensive program that
encompasses all of the day to day functions of the
account manager position as well as all of the state and
federal regulations you must adhere to. This list
includes but is not exclusive to Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act (FDCPA), HIPPA, FCRA, FTC, and office
policy.
Our Support Staff has equally important roles they
receive individual training in areas of insurance,
liens, personal injury, worker's compensation, and
bankruptcy.
Harry A. Lentz, Jr.
Mr. Lentz earned his B.S. from Sterling College, Sterling, Kansas in 1966 and then attended The University of Tulsa to obtain his J.D. He was admitted to practice in Oklahoma in 1969. Mr. Lentz's areas of emphasis include collection law, commercial litigation, and general practice.
He is a member of the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, the Commercial Law League of America, and National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma and the United States Supreme Court.
He is past president of the Tulsa Consumer Credit Association and has taught credit law at Tulsa Community College.
Leslie E. Lenz, Supervising Attorney
Mr. Lenz earned his B.S. from Oklahoma State University in 1987 and then obtained his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Oklahoma in 1991. Leslie's areas of emphasis include retail and medical debt collection, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, workers compensation collection, and civil litigation. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma City Commercial Attorneys Association, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, and a member of the American Collection Association's (ACA) Member Attorney Program.
Roger M. Coil
Mr. Coil earned his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1991 and 1995, respectively. He was admitted to the practice of law in the state of Oklahoma in 1996. Mr. Coil practices in the areas of retail and commercial collection law, creditors' rights, workers compensation, personal injury, and general civil litigation. Mr. Coil is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division. He volunteers as a speaker for the Oklahoma County Bar Association's Law Related Education Section. He also is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and serves on the board of directors for Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park.
Annette P. Howlett
Ms. Howlett earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration, Kansas State University in 2003 and obtained her J.D./MBA from Oklahoma City University Law School in 2006. She was admitted to practice in Oklahoma in 2006. Ms. Howlett is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Western District of Oklahoma. Her areas of practice include collection law, creditor's rights and workers compensation collections. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Hinda Khoury
Hinda Khoury is the office administrator for the Works and Lentz office in Oklahoma City. Hinda earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the Hawaii Pacific University in 1988.
When she relocated to Oklahoma in 1992, she started with the law firm as the marketing director, where she was successful in broadening the firm's client base and maintaining client satisfaction. Her background in public relations and marketing has made her effective in managing the day-to-day administration of the law firm as a reliable source for the employees and attorneys.
She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the Credit Manager's Association of Oklahoma, and the Central Oklahoma Credit Association.
